Getting Your Gear to You

Every adventure starts with the right preparation, and that includes getting your gear to your doorstep. As a small company just starting our journey, we handle every order with care.

Order Processing & Shipping

Please allow us 4-5 business days to process and prepare your order for its journey. We’re a small team, and we want to get it right.

Once it’s ready, we ship your gear using a 48-hour tracked service. In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 7-10 business days. We’ll send you an email with a tracking link as soon as it’s on its way, so you can follow its progress from our door to yours.

Busy Seasons & Delays

During busier times like Black Friday week, our shipping partners (like Royal Mail) can face extra pressure. This might mean a slight delay in your order’s arrival. Rest assured, we’re always working hard to get your gear to you as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience.
